Factors influencing student satisfaction with the quality of dormitories services at can tho university

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting student satisfaction with the quality of dormitory services at Can Tho University. The research data were collected through a survey from 210 students to test the reliability of the scale using cronbach's alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that the facilities and equipment factor has the strongest influence, followed by the perceived price factor, service capacity and finally the trust factor. Based on the analysis results, some managerial implications were proposed such as serving with enthusiasm, adjusting appropriate fees, and continuing to improve infrastructure to improve student satisfaction with the quality of dormitory services.
