Impact of talent management on perceived organizational support and employee engagement in the banking sector
Abstract
This study explores the impact of talent management on employee engagement through perceived organizational support. The data was collected from 304 employees in the banking sector in Binh Duong. This study uses the partial regression (PLS-SEM) approach to analyze data using SmartPLS software version 3.0. The data analysis process includes assessing the measurement model and the structural model. Research shows that talent management in the banking industry and perceived organizational support can positively influence employees' cognitive and emotional engagement. However, more than talent management is needed to form employees' perceptions of managerial support. This research shows the importance of building a supportive work environment that values employees. Support and encouragement from the organization not only create a foundation for employees' personal and professional development but also create a feeling of stimulation and passion in their work. Therefore, administrators must emphasize building a positive organizational culture where support and fairness are appreciated and encouraged, creating favorable employee conditions. Develop and stay with the organization for a long time. Effective talent management and a positive work environment can bring a robust, resilient, and prosperous organization in banking and other sectors.
