Factors affecting patient satisfaction in the quality of patient services of patients with health insurance at Cai Nuoc general hospital
Abstract
This study aims at analyzing factors affecting patient satisfaction in the quality of patient services of patients using health insurance at Cai Nuoc General Hospital. Based on a primary data set of 174 observations of all patients aged 16 years and older who came for medical examination and treatment using health insurance at the hospital, convenience sampling was used. The exploratory factor analysis method, and multivariate regression used, the results show that there are 4 factors affecting patient satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment services of Cai Nuoc General Hospital in descending order, including tangible means; trust, sympathy and medical examination and treatment results. Improve the professional and professional qualifications, sympathy and reliability of medical staff; improving the perceived value, ensuring the results of medical examination and treatment and services are necessary activities to improve patients' satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment services using health insurance.
