Abstract

Building a contingent of lecturers and educational managers is a regular and central task of military schools. To do that, it is necessary to effectively deploy synchronous, appropriate, feasible and effective solutions to meet the requirements of standardizing this contingent in the period of 2023 - 2030 and the following years.
