Abstract

“Self-reflection and self-correction” is an effective remedy for each party member, including political cadres at grassroots units, to correct shortcomings to increasingly improve themselves, promptly responding to revolutionary requirements and tasks. To achieve effectiveness in “self-reflection and self-correction”, political cadres at grassroots units need to have correct awareness, identify correct content and combine diverse forms and methods in “self-reflection and self-correction”.
