Abstract

The army’s intellectual contingent is an especially important resource in the process of industrialization, modernization, socio-economic development of the country and in building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and gradually modern Vietnam People's Army. Therefore, in order for the Army to always well fulfill all tasks in the new situation, it is necessary to promote the role of this contingent.
