Abstract

Promoting the role of young intellectuals is an important and regular content and task of military academies and officer schools. In order for young intellectuals to truly become the core force in building the Army in polictics, schools need to regularly do a good job of fostering, building and implementing policies to encourage and motivate this contingent to contribute and mature.
