Abstract

The legal culture of learners at Political Academy is a synthesis of values ​​of legal knowledge, emotions, beliefs, behavioral habits and actions according to the law both inside and outside the unit, directly affecting the learning, training and daily work of learners. Building a legal culture of learners aims to improve legal knowledge, awareness of compliance with state law, military discipline, regulations and rules of the Academy and make it a habit in every their behavior and action.
