Abstract

Strengthening the quality of training associated with innovation to strengthen military potential, contributing to the sustainable development of national defense, must prioritize investment in training and developing military science and technology human resources. Academies, schools, and research institutes need to proactively research and advise the Ministry of National Defense to identify priority areas for development, meeting the requirements of mastering and exploiting new modern weapons and equipment, building the Army and firmly defending the Fatherland in the new period.
