Abstract

Training the capacity of personality education for platoon leaders is an important measure, contributing to improving the quality of military education at the grassroots unit. For training activities to bring practical results, it is necessary to closely combine raising awareness for training subjects with innovating training content and methods and promoting the role of platoon leaders in self-training.
