Linking schools with units is the basic way to build a contingent of social sciences and humanities lecturers in military officer schools, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. For the connection to be highly effective, it is necessary to correctly assess the current situation of this contingent and determine scientific, appropriate and practical solutions.
