Abstract

Improving the capacity and responsibility of the cadre contingent, especially the presiding officers at all levels at Political Academy today is an important and urgent task, a breakthrough identified by the Party Committee in the Resolution on leadership in implementing the tasks of the 2024 - 2025 school year. To do that well, it is necessary to closely combine education, dissemination, training, fostering and paying attention to implementing policies and regimes for cadres of Party committees, Party organizations, commanders and secretaries of Party committees at all levels at the Academy with self-study, self-cultivation and training of each cadre, to meet the requirements and political tasks of the Academy in the new situation.
