Abstract

Responding to and overcoming chemical, biological, radioactive and nuclear incidents and disasters is the peacetime combat mission of the Chemical Corps; this is a new mission with many difficulties, challenges and high requirements. To successfully complete the assigned tasks, it is necessary to promote the combined strength, in which party work and political work hold an important position and role.
