Abstract

The Ho Chi Minh Campaign took the form of a General Offensive and Uprising, a campaign in which our army and people completely defeated the Saigon government and army, liberated the South, and unified the country; the victory of the Campaign stemmed from many different causes, including the creative application of Ho Chi Minh’s military ideology, leaving the Army with important experiences in building and implementing its functions and tasks today.
