Abstract

Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo (13th term) on breakthroughs in education and training development, along with the Human Resource Training Project for High-Tech Development, opens up new mechanisms and orientations, affirming that education and training are pillars for sustainable development and international integration, creating a solid legal framework for the Cryptography Technical Academy to realize its development goals, improve the quality of human resource training, and meet the development requirements of the Vietnamese Cryptography sector in the new era.
