Abstract

In the context of rapid digital transformation and the vigorous development of social media, the integration of communication with digital technologies will contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of information and propaganda work, fostering social consensus, and strengthening the great national unity bloc as well as the people’s hearts-and-minds posture. This article analyzes the core values of Ho Chi Minh’s mass mobilization culture, identifies the impacts of the digital environment, and proposes solutions to promote its effectiveness in the current period.
