Abstract

The company-level political officer is responsible for conducting political education for servicemen in infantry regiments. To effectively fulfill this task, they must possess sound competence in political education, in which political lecturing skills constitute an indispensable component. However, in recent years, in infantry regiments, the political lecturing skills of this contingent have still revealed certain limitations. This article discusses the content, forms, and methods for fostering political lecturing skills for non-commissioned officers and enlisted personnel among company-level political officers in infantry regiments in the current period.
