Abstract

On 24 June 2002, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 494/QĐ-TTg approving the project entitled “Several measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning Marxist–Leninist sciences and Ho Chi Minh Thought in universities and colleges, and political subjects in professional secondary schools and vocational training institutions.” This article discusses the implementation of the provision on organizing practical field study for lecturers of political theory under this Decision at universities, with a view to fostering revolutionary ideals and a scientific methodology grounded in practice for lecturers of political theory.
