Abstract

Mobile offensive operations aim to destroy enemy manpower, neutralize war materiel, and defeat the enemy’s intent to maneuver, deploy for attack, or conduct reinforcement and relief operations. In offensive campaigns, to ensure effective maneuver of forces, mechanized infantry must thoroughly prepare, maintain a firm grasp of the enemy and terrain, flexibly employ camouflage and deception measures, maximize the combat power of armored vehicles, seize opportunities in a timely manner for maneuver, and ensure secrecy, safety, and strict adherence to timelines.
