Abstract

The ideological leadership experience of General Nguyễn Chí Thanh is a valuable legacy for the Vietnam People’s Army. In the current period, his ideological values remain fully relevant. Studying and creatively applying his experience helps Party committees and commanders at all levels enhance their capacity for ideological leadership, strengthen political steadfastness, and consolidate the confidence and combat will of troops, thereby contributing to building a pure, strong, and exemplary Party organization within the military.
