Abstract

Non-armed struggle is the content and method that needs special attention in the cause of defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland. On the other hand, we need to pay special attention to “self-protection” in each person, each organization, in each sector, each level; defending the socialist Fatherland must be carried out right from the grassroots; at the same time, firmly grasping the characteristics of impact is an important and necessary issue to identify and handle defense situations in the new situation.
