Abstract

During the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, the army and people of Ninh Binh province achieved glorious victories, contributing to the cause of national liberation; at the same time, leaving behind valuable lessons, serving as a basis for application in the construction and operation of the province’s defense zone, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
