Abstract

The contingent of officers, general staff, and planners at Political Academy is the core force in ensuring that the operational processes of agencies and units in the Academy are carried out continuously and effectively. Therefore, fostering scientific working methods according to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology is necessary to ensure that this contingent can well fulfill their assigned duties and tasks.
