Abstract

Preventing, combating, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, catastrophes, and rescue are identified as one of the political and combat tasks of the army in peacetime. Therefore, in order to strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and commanders at all levels and effectively implement this task at Political Academy, it is necessary to well implement the solutions for Party work and political work.
