Throughout history, the “people’s hearts” have always been an important factor, ensuring the survival and development of our nation. Therefore, building the “people’s hearts” is an important and regular task of the entire Party, people and army, in which promoting the role of the armed forces of the whole country in general, and the armed forces in the Central Highlands in particular, is the core.
