Abstract

The contingent of educational managers in general, and the educational managers of the learner management department at Political Academy in particular, play a very important role in improving the quality of education and training. In particular, as the second teacher, the contingent of educational managers of the learner management departments need to promote their role and responsibility in fostering learning methods for learners.
