Abstract

The leadership method by example of cadres and party members in the army plays an important role, directly contributing to building a strong contingent of cadres and party members; improving leadership capacity, fighting strength, building clean and strong party committees and organizations in all aspects, truly being the political nucleus leading agencies and units to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
