Abstract

Training political cadres is an important task, contributing to building a politically strong Vietnam People’s Army. The article discusses the viewpoint on building the Army in politics and proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of training political cadres, meeting the requirements of building a politically strong Vietnam People’s Army today.
