Abstract

In the Vietnam People’s Army, mass mobilization is a method and form that officers and soldiers use to propagate, mobilize, organize and help people in the military area to successfully implement the Party’s guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the locality’s laws, contributing to building a comprehensively strong “Exemplary Model” unit.
