Abstract

In the new era, our Party must constantly improve its leadership and governance capacity, especially innovating its leadership methods for the political system in general and the Army in particular, in order to implement the principle of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s absolute and direct leadership in all aspects of the Vietnam People’s Army, ensuring that the Army is absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, and excellently completes its tasks in all situations.
