Abstract

Nghe An is a province with many ethnic minorities, concentrated in mountainous areas. In recent years, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, many policies and guidelines on ethnic work have been realized, creating a strong change in awareness and responsibility of the political system at all levels and consensus of the whole society. The article proposes solutions to further strengthen the Party’s leadership over ethnic work in Nghe An province in the coming time.
