Abstract

Mass mobilization work is a strategic task of the Army, connecting the army and the people and building a “people’s heart position”. President Ho Chi Minh emphasized that mass mobilization is the key to success in all activities of the Army. Therefore, innovating the content, methods and forms of organizing mass mobilization work and promoting “skillful mass mobilization” helps the Army promote its strength to protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation.
