Abstract

Throughout his life of revolutionary struggle with the aspiration for national independence and freedom, happiness for his compatriots, President Ho Chi Minh paid great attention to building a contingent of cadres. Although he has been gone for nearly 60 years, his thoughts on personnel work are still an extremely valuable legacy of the Party and our people and still have guiding value for the work of building a contingent of strategic cadres in the current situation.
