Abstract

Improving the quality of evaluating the political cadres of the district-level military command in Military Region 9 is an important issue, contributing to building this contingent to meet the requirements of local military and defense work in the Military Region. For this work to be highly effective, the evaluation process needs to thoroughly implement the principled requirements in the evaluation process.
