Abstract

The continent of political commissars at the grassroots units in the army is a group of political commissars of companies, battalions and equivalent, who are in charge of politics, directly directing and organizing the implementation of party and political work at the unit. Therefore, regularly taking care of building a contingent of political commissars at the grassroots units to develop comprehensively is an inevitable and objective necessity, and the process of building this contingent has left many valuable lessons for the present and the following years.
