Abstract

Through an analysis of existing research and theories on career motivation, the article identifies factors that influence the career orientation and development of psychology students. The analysis results show that the combination of passion for helping others, employment opportunities, socio-economic conditions, training quality and learning environment create career motivation for psychology students. Understanding these factors will help educators and universities develop effective strategies to improve students' motivation and career preparation in the field of psychology.
