Abstract

Implementing the policy of the Party and the State, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security are focusing on directing the streamlining of the Public Security forces at all levels associated with restructuring the staff. This poses new requirements and tasks and requires promoting the role of the People’s Public Security academies and schools in training high-quality human resources for the People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
