Abstract

Fostering a culture of self-study for learners of the Postgraduate Training Department at Political Academy is currently the basic way to improve the quality of education and training. Accordingly, it is necessary to closely combine raising awareness, responsibility, arousing positive learning motivation with equipping appropriate self-study methods and perfecting the organizational and management mechanism to support learners in developing a culture of self-study.
