Abstract

Training and improving the capacity to conduct ideological work for cadres at grassroots units is an important task of Party committees and commanders at all levels. This article outlines some theoretical and practical issues and proposes basic training solutions to improve the capacity to conduct ideological work for cadres at grassroots units, in order to improve the effectiveness of preventing self-harm, suicide, and suicide among soldiers today.
