Affirming the position, role and urgency of developing legal awareness of non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army in the current context; the author of the article proposes a number of solutions to develop legal awareness of non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army today.
