Abstract

The working style of young officers in grassroots units plays a very important role, directly affecting the quality and efficiency of work. In order for this contingent to fulfill their assigned duties and tasks, it requires the Party committees and commanders in grassroots units to regularly train and practice their qualities and comprehensive capabilities, especially their working style.
