Abstract

On the basis of thoroughly grasping and concretizing the Party’s viewpoints and policies on strengthening and building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members, the article proposes a number of solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations in military schools, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
