Abstract

Managing, using and implementing policies for headt of department contingent of the Party Work and Political Work Faculty at Political Academy is the core issue, a solid foundation for determining the next steps of personnel work, ensuring that this contingent always has sufficient quantity, reasonable structure and high quality, contributing significantly to building a comprehensively strong Faculty “Exemplary, typical”.
