Abstract

The contingent of young lecturers plays an important role in improving the quality of education and training in military schools. Therefore, training the military pedagogical capacity of young lecturers is a key step to both meet the requirements and tasks of education and training innovation in the new situation and contribute to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People’s Army.
