Abstract

In the process of building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam, all State power belongs to the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam is a State of the people, by the people, for the people. Therefore, ensuring that power belongs to the people in building the Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam is the responsibility of the entire political system.
