Abstract

Training a scientific working style for the professional servicemember at Political Academy according to President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology is a fundamental way to contribute to building a strong contingent, meeting the requirements of building the Academy in the new situation. For this process to be effective, it is necessary to combine synchronous measures, in which promoting the role of professional servicemember in self-training is the decisive factor.
