Abstract

Fostering the capacity of mass mobilization work for cadres at grassroots units in the Vietnam People’s Army today is an important task, directly building cadres, improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work, contributing to building a comprehensively strong “Exemplary, typica” unit, a strong locality, promoting the qualities of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” in the new period, and strengthening the relationship of solidarity between the army and the people.
