Abstract

The results of education and training of non-commissioned officers and enlisted soldiers are the combination of the unit’s education and training organization and the promotion of the initiative and self-awareness in self-education and training of non-commissioned officers and enlisted soldiers. In which, the unit's education and training organization plays an important role; promoting the initiative and self-awareness in self-education and training of non-commissioned officers and enlisted soldiers is the decisive factor.
