Abstract

In the context of the country rising up, entering a new era, facing the increasingly high demands of the cause of building a modern army, the task of training officer cadets needs to be given comprehensive attention, especially education and fostering moral qualities. Promoting the role of traditional national ethics will contribute to forming the personality of future officers who are “both politically virtuous and professionally competent”.
