Abstract

In the context of complex and unpredictable developments in the world and the region; the cause of building and defending the Fatherland is facing many new opportunities and challenges, building a “revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern” people’s army has become an urgent requirement. To meet that requirement, improving the quality of education and training in military schools in general, and building a strong contingent of social sciences and humanities lecturers commensurate with the tasks in particular, is a very important and urgent issue.
